you answered your own question, coms mis-timed the market. the cost of usrx has been to cut coms price in 1/2. as i have said in the past, they still have a chance to turn it around, and make the acquisition positive, but they need things to fall into place.

still, the main reason for coms to be in such doldrums was the main asset of usrx, analog modems, which had over stuffed channels boosting sales, which coms has had to remove at a heavy cost.

do i think coms would eric b would purchase usrx with the current hindsight? no way.
