Spoke to SEC, got the case number 98860LH. Spoke again to ABQ Federal court clerk office. She tracked down case which has not yet been entered into court tracking system. The court has not made any of the information public and would not do so till tomorrow at the earliest. I asked how the newspapers could quote out of the complaint. All she could say was the information was not yet public from the court.
