I'd like to jump in and ask:

1. does anyone know or has anyone considered what AOL must do to accomodate the massive influx of customers to their service?

2. how much financial burden will they incurr to upgrade services to keep customer satisfaction?

3. what is the opinion of all of those customers who were paying $100+ per month for the exclusivity of this service?

4. wouldn't AOL have been better off putting a payment ceiling of $60 for unlimited service?

I am an AOLer as well. I can barely get online anymore. I'm looking elsewhere for service.
