martin, I agree with all that you say but I am getting "worn out" waiting for a turn around. Although I know that earnings will be good from now on, I would just rather see an immediate buy-out so that I can cash in my chips and play a different game. It seems to me that Vivus may not be able to wait for Q3 earnings to command a higher stock price in a buy out. If they know what is good for them then they simply need to sell out and take a lower price. Vivus is currently strapped for cash. I think that present earnings and cost reductions will allow for a positive cash flow but I think they could potentially do a lot more and expand their drug pipeline for their intraurethral delivery system if they just sell out to deeper pockets.
