Baywood International, Inc. develops, markets and distributes nutritional supplements and skin care products. Our mission is to become a recognized leader in the provision of natural products that are based on natural compounds.

Baywood markets its own brand of nutritional supplements under its Natural HealthcareT line and RoyalT line, markets its own brand of skin care products under its La VraieT line and also has recently developed its Sports NutritionT brand of sports supplements. Baywood markets and distributes its branded products internationally into retail and network marketing companies and has established either distribution or registration of its products into the Pacific Rim Countries (China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia) as well as Europe (Italy, Germany, Austria, England and Switzerland). Domestically, Baywood is marketing its nutriceuticals under its Natural Healthcare brand into health food stores across the United States. Baywood includes as separate products multiple sizes
and potencies of certain products. At any point depending on customer demand or market opportunity, we may add to our dietary supplement line of products making the number of products and the mix in the types of products sensitive to change constantly toward the demands of what customers or the markets desire. Depending on the demands of a particular customer, we may also supply most products unlabeled, in bulk or under a private label. Although we consider the potential of
unlabeled or privately labeled products to be substantial, emphasizing our own branded products for presentation to the international and domestic market is important toward Baywood's recognition in the
natural products industry.

As the rapid expansion of the natural products industry continues, Baywood's marketing efforts will increase proportionately for existing areas of penetration and for new areas of distribution where we are
not currently involved based on the evaluation the most viable entry ways into the market. Whether new entry ways are through internal development or through building strategic relationships with other
companies within the industry, Baywood will prevail as a recognized market leader in the natural products industry.
