I like the Tokyo/Flats site, but subscribed to Prohost in appreciation of their allowing XOMA items to be displayed on that site. BTW I was wrong again on the patent dispute in Europe. It was apparently between XOMA & Incyte. "What is the status of the ongoing patent dispute proceedings in Europe? (7/98) This transaction resolves all disputes between the two companies related to European patent proceedings." Not only dispute but disputes. O.K. I was wrong, but did anyone know about even a hint of any problem? Who the hell asked the question since I don't believe common shareholders were informed?
