I'm still waiting for earnings and a split announcement. Today just looked like a sharp selloff of stocks which had build unsustainably steep chart patterns of late. A split announcement from AOL will bring on another spate of buying IMO. I don't think the general market fundamentals will deteriorate so quickly, although I think we are nearing the top of this particular Nasdaq cycle. I noticed the last two cycles AOL did not deteriorate, but consolidated. Just wanted to help out in case somebody had the very, in my view, misguided idea of rushing in with puts or shorts.
