Betty - I am not selling. Matter of fact, may be adding to my position agian. I agree, Bob does not hype. Even in his letter to shareholders he explains what he wants to do. I will retype it here:

"After considerable thought, I conferred with the board and proposed that out goals should be long term and not turnaround type "slash & burn" tactics. Our decision was to negotiate, extend, weave and build
the company as opposed to turning short term profits with no hope for the future. We also made the decision to adopt the philosophy of "understating and overachieving" from the too optimistic reputation we had developed. Although not glamorous and somewhat boring, we all agreed we had to counter our historical "overstate, never achieve" perception." In this one paragraph he was being very kind to "Woody" and telling all that "Woody" would no longer speak for the Company.
Just my opinion here.

I have all the confidence in Bob Root. Next year at this time, I expect to be well rewarded by the stock price. I would image that some of the local brokers will look into the merger and put thier numbers to the deal. Even without the merger, we have the distribution and manufacturing agreements in hand and that should be a big plus on its own for the company.
