Robert -- remember that management, especially Haim Aviv, are shareholders too. If you read my post earlier today (and others have posted similar comments), you see that management is promising there will be no more Castle Creek deals. Of course, now that there are revenue-producing drugs they won't have to take that route, will they?

Castle Creek et al. exist because there is a need for them on Wall Street. They make deals happen that no one else will touch, potential medical benefits to humans notwithstanding. If they convert now at the lowest possible price and go long, don't think their position won't "help" us on the upside in coming months. Then we'll be allies instead of enemies.

No investor is guaranteed that their stock will appreciate in price every day, every week, every quarter, or every year. The promise is that management will try to move us in that direction. Lots of variables are out of their control.

PARS is the first Israeli company to ever be awarded two FDA clearances, its management has made lifestyle changes that inconvenience them (i.e., shut up shop in Florida and move to New Jersey or back to Israel) but do not inconvenience us in order to conserve cash flow, they have put up a website to keep us informed about recent developments, and almost anyone can get in touch with the CFO or the COO -- don't think that happens at many other firms.

You say things like "J'Accuse" and "we're the owners." Well, I want to know where you've been the past 10 years while the PARS people have been developing the drugs that we hope will make them and us "rich." I've only been in this stock since February and continue to buy because I believe in the story and the direction. We're only about 10 weeks away from the next big news on HU-211. I figure it's in the best interests of my portfolio and my blood pressure to be patient.

And, by the way, before you rush off with your sabre in the air and threaten what sounds like a class action suit, or a proxy fight, make sure those 3 million shares are all going to be voted with yours.
You may be surprised that the biggest shareholders will be willing to give PARS time to develop their business plan.
