Typical DAY release. Done after market closed, doesnt really say anything, except what we all already knew, even someone like Ancil, that DAY promises a countersuit, and is misleading. The title is misleading in that DAY HAS NOT filed a countersuit. Notice title says "Dayton Mining Files Counter Claim Lawsuit Against Medinah Energy" and text of release states: "Dayton will be filing a counter-claim..." Of course, title will be picked up by news agencies etc although it is factually incorrect even based on DAY's own release.
