Hooohummm just a very normal DAY in court. Forward looking Who has to goods on whom? Let's look at what there is to gain or loose. Can we see if there are any loopholes in the case or is it air tight for a win over MDIN? What ya think there GG? Give us the strong points v/s the weak. one bad point is that mixup in the project coming from Chile that a U.S. or Canada court may not here that side of the case should be tossed out. They only should hear what was said on a U.S. or Canada side of the story. As IMO. the settlement of Chile law should take palce down there. This side of the story is only what Day said in the news v/s what MDIN said in there news! Am I close? Regards, Jim...
