RE: "unfortunately I'm knee deep in INTC" ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ How deep could you possibly be ? We aren't that far off the all time high of 102 and there have been a ton of chances to buy in the 60's, 70's, and 80's. What's more painful is the lost opportunity else where. jim
