Geac Announces Sale To Four Sheraton Hotels In Hawaii
MARKHAM, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1998--Geac (TSE:GAC. - news) today announced that it has won the contract to install Geac/UX Property Management System (PMS) at ITT Sheraton's four-hotel, 4,300-room complex in Waikiki, Hawaii.

The contract is the largest single order ITT Sheraton has ever placed for a property management system. Upon completion, Geac/UX will consolidate all cashier transactions, telephone operations, housekeeping, night auditing, commercial firm tracking, statistics, database maintenance, security and accounts receivable for all four hotels on to one server - the Multiple Property Server (MPS), at one location and with only one IT staff.
