admr... Your posts on the VISX thread were duly noted on this thread. I commented that what you said on the Visx thread was similar to what Dr. MacFarland, an ophthalmologist from Arkansas, and an SNRS Board Member, said at the shareholder's meeting recently regarding the use of PRK and LASIK for hyperopia. It is not used much anymore outside the U.S. because of the poor results they are getting. MacFarland made this comment in response to my question about the affect on SNRS when the Opthalmic Panel recommends approval for PRK & LASIK in hyperopia next week. When we have the opportunity to educate people like Lachman with Dow Jones about LTK, we should try to do so. If you could be more specific about the publication, maybe we could email him with some info about LTK.
