I can't speak for Mr T of GPGI. I do think ( on a IJMHO basis) that the reason that GPGI ownes the Weaver Creek and Oro Grand Claims is in order to state that the static nature of the Hassey Ore Pile ( granted it is big) but my half way look at it says, darn good thing that they have their additional Ore. ( North to Wickenburg- say 30 something miles ) but the same thirty something miles go to Black Rock / Maxam and if from Wickenburg to USPS even.
You need some map links, Maxam is the best suggestion under properties. IPM is shown on it, so cut in half way over to Maxams most east claim and cut it in half and go up a bit- Viola- The Hassey Ore Pile ( almost thirty something north of P-7).
