Tom F...A very good theory on the Ledoux fiasco, in fact the most plausible explanation I have heard thus far (thanks). Several things still don't ring true: for instance : Ledoux did not AGREE (with anyone) to retest under pressure to confirm their results ; Ledoux stated that their tests were flawed and were going to retest their samples (apparently utilizing something which was pointed out to them by the check lab). Item #2 No one on this thread can convince me that naxos management does not know the basis for this problem!!! Put yourself in their shoes, what would you have done upon hearing this news, what would you be doing now. How would you (gentle reader) , as a diverse group of businessmen, handle this issue? I don't buy this cra#. Someone is hiding something from us IMHO. Management needs to address this issue now. I'm not going to roll over and play dead until I get an answer. signed (patsy) M.M.
