For what it's worth: If I was CEO of BCMD this is what I'd do.

I propose:

1. No salaries. All get a percentage of the gold mined. Miners get a
cut every day or week of the gold.

2. No options.

3. No JVs.

4. Mine the F--- out of the mountains. Sorry Mother Nature.

5. Move from their fancy current golf course office to upstairs from the store front in Grass Valley or Nevada City.

6. Get John (AikoX2)to start a GoldNugget.com website. Sell nugget jewelry on the internet and in a store front in GV. and on QVC!!!!!

7. Take Gardiners Point and make it a place where recreational gold
miners can mine with dredges for 50-100 bucks a day. Start a 1849
Western mining town tourist city.

8. rename BCMD to BCMR Brush Creek Mining and Recreation.

9. Rehire Katie. I miss her.
