Hey Max, I found this at stockrumors.com: "The rumor among traders is that Lucent Technology is on the prowl, and they are looking to acquire a small cap netwoking company. Sources close to the situation tell us that Lucent has its bankers creating a shopping list and Banyan Systems, Verity Inc, and Ariel Corp. are on it. Traders say if BNYN was taken out, it could go in the low 20's, ADSP in the high teens and VRTY in the mid 20's.
