Your first post on the TVSI thread.....just moments before the infamous press release that, along with your hype, sent this stock soaring on the following Monday....that is interesting by itself, but another story.

Riley,

Any reasonable (judicial) interpretation of what you posted would be that you were making a buy recommendation.

However, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. After watching you in action for nearly a year.....anytime I see something that says "Another Riley G pick".....I would run the other way.
