To all who are interested: I just finished talking to H.K. about this fax. First of all, this is not an attorney's letter. It is not on an attorney's letterhead and it wasn't received by H.K. by certified mail. He received a copy by fax which is unsigned and the fax had no return fax number. This is NOT a legal document, it is intended to intimidate only. There is nothing here. Who specifically is it from and why no signature? Who is HK Boner and what is his agenda? Maybe to drive down the price of the stock to allow him to cover his short position before the BUFF dividend shares are issued? There are a couple of entities who want the stock price to go down before the merger is complete. You are seeing their attempts in action. The Buffalo Capital deal is signed. They were contacted by a couple of entities who did not want the deal to go through. Buffalo Capital is aware of all of this and they are not buying it. The bottom line: There is no announcement of litigation by an attorney. If they were going to litigate, they would do it instead of sending out unsigned faxes to scare people. I guess I won't be able to hibernate. David
