Arch, and friends thanks for the thank yous No, i doubt if our posts have any influence on Edusf day to day. but they do offer a sort of historical record for others who may from time to time visit and need background. It did however get me my 20F (thanks Cynthia. Globalink was bought out this week by Lernout and Hauspee. Globalink has language translation software. I have a small position it's not a surprise they were bought. about 70mil deal. have had no earnings in 4 years Been pouring over the 20f. great stuff in there. Wont have to give you my idea on Compulingua (not compulingual my mistake) It's defined nicely n 20f. Everything you would think. Will give a synopsis later but they are basically taking the Computerized Language Center and ESL software both ED and MFE. They already have the expertice in providing these in the institutional market. Compulingua will offer franchises to exploit consumer corporate and second party institution markets. There is alot more to it. Urge everyone to get a 20f. Arch, the report you posted is an example of what is offered as info on many small and especially foreign companies. 97 results aren't included and we're 1/2 thru 98. That's because the 20f is just getting out. Now it has to make it to the data bases. Electronic filing will help eleviate this and I suspect the SEC will require it soon. Domestic companies are now required and the info is available the same day through Edgar. Inasmuch as we know EDUSF, we can sift through the info and recognized the errors. If i were seeing the info the first time I'd have problems. Maybe pass. Firming up somewhat in front of earnings. deja vue all over again. Feel good though. Maybe we'll have staying power.
