maurice, who do you sue? the company, it has no money, just a waste of time and lawyers fees. No, unfortunately, those people that got into these stocks expecting outsized profits got wiped out. Nothing left for shareholders when a company balance sheet shows a bunch of "senior" paper holders ahead of the common.
