The following report of today's AGPH conference call was posted on the Yahoo board for TALK by a person identified as "HORSESHOE98" (responded to Brian simply because his is the last message on this thread - it doesn't answer his question).

QUOTE:

For those who did not have access to today's Agouron Conference Call--there were a couple of interesting comments by CEO Johnson--

In discussing reasons for a restructuring of the company, he said that their valuation reflects no credit for growth potential, "Remune is being given no value--if its promise is fulfilled, its potential eclipses that of Viracept"

In a previous comment, 99 sales of Viracept were projected at $430-440m--and they see continued growth in sales and margins going forward

A comment was also made re the promising preliminary results discussed in Geneva by Dr. Valentine. They said that they were "anxiously awaiting final results" and hoped that Dr. Valentine would be accepted as a late breaker presenter at ICACC (a conference scheduled for late Sep)--at which time final results of the Phase II Trial could be discussed.

Finally, they mentioned that they are aggressively working toward a filing next year with the FDA on Remune.

If anyone else participated in the call, they may have more to add. I was pleased with AGPH's positive remarks.

I hope that this information is helpful. I remain bullish on IMNR's prospects. My absence from the bb reflects my frustration with the deteriorating level of discussion, and the sheer quantity of posts.
