Who is chasing who. NN wants CS or it's CS who is chasing NN?? IMHO if CS is trying to swallow NN we are up for a bidding war. Siemens wont let NN go away they will make an offer and US Networking companies are for long time looking for some mergers. I will not be surprise if LU will also be a part of that battle. But first of all is there any merger talks or hostile takeover in the process ?? We will see that in the next few weeks or maybe days. OMHO Luc
