Yes barb, it was me.
Why do you suppose they spent nearly 3 years dilly dallying around to announce a couple of limp charges just as Solv-Ex is coming out of bankruptcy? You don't suppose that they are in "bed" with the short sellers as I've claimed all along do you?

This is the only way they (SEC) can continue to stiff arm Congressional efforts to investigate them for its significant role in this debacle. As you probably are aware many of us shareholders have submitted letters to our Representatives in an attempt to expose the foul-play evident in several incidents where Solv-Ex shares were manipulated by market makers to the detriment of the company and shareholders. Up to now the SEC has successfully postponed oversight due to their "ongoing investigation". Now I suppose they'll be able to extend that "White House" legal strategy while they drag two businessmen through a completely outrageous and unnecessary trial.

Exactly who is it that the SEC is protecting? I don't recall too many shareholders joining the bogus, short-seller initiated Milberg, Weiss lawsuit, do you? Is it the naked short sellers they're protecting? Is it their own negligence and corruption? Is it their career ambitions?

David
P.S. How about that Yahoo??? I recall you shouting "FIRE!!!" on that thread back when it was well below $50 per share. Good to know you're just full of hot air and not a professional involved with the crooks who robbed Solv-Ex and its shareholders. I had my doubts.
