hello rene this is david i was working at mrv for a short time and a friend of mine was workin g there for 3 years. i know a lot about the way mrv works and i know their managers personally. their former employee is suing them for many things . i know they have manipulated stocks in the 1,2, 3, quarters of 1996 and they are under investigation of the labor department i know that sale of ATM and SONET transmitters are very low because of poor reliability also a company called general instruments have returned some big shipments of DFB lasers (do you know whats that). in regard to their internet products i think they work together well with intell which is a very important factor. Can you tell how important is a law suit by a former employee can be he claims that he was pushed to change sales figures and thats one of the reasons why his work was terminated i have more info about this guy and more info about mrv if interested let me know. bye now
