Kevin, here's the answer to your question on Q2 vs Q1

>> Quarter 1 earned 16 cents a share but QTR 2 only earned 10 cents; does anybody know why there was a decrease from quarter to quarter?

Q1 showed rev = $4M, earnings from ops = $0.7M, net earnings = $1.8M
Q2 showed rev = $10M, earnings from ops = $1.8M (+152%), net earnings = $1.3M

The decline in net earnings was due almost entirely to foreign exchange issues. In Q1, they had a FX gain $1.7M while in Q2 they lost $197k.

Of late, the loonie (Canadian dollar) has been setting record lows against the dollar and in a near free-fall, with no intervention in sight by the feds. Overall, this should mean good news for companies such as Cognicase who earn significant revenue in U.S. dollars while major costs are in Canadian dollars.
