"Over the edge"? If you would take the time to read the reorg plan and the summarization of what happened to drive the share price down sharply in 1996 you too would be upset. I've read the evidence of foul-play that was delivered to the SEC, NASD, FBI and several Senate Representatives and I'm outraged that nothing has yet to be done to slam a couple of firms caught red-handed in breaking laws.

Moving on....

I forgot to mention that the timing of these trumped up charges against John and Herb are also intended to keep Solv-Ex from getting relisted on the NASDAQ. Its a continuation of the same crap this company has had to endure for the last few years.

Clearly there are some powerful people who basically HATE John Rendall and will stop at nothing to beat the living crap out of him. It probably stems back to the Congressional hearings he was involved in during the 80's where he embarassed a lot of people who were intent on bringing him down back them. (Didn't know about that did you barb?)

Anyways, I'll be seeing ya later.

David
P.S. What about your prediction of a Dow of 4,000? I suppose your hateful traits stem from having been financially abused by BULLS who have trampled all over BEARS over the past several years. I laughed when I heard how much money Bill Clinton's sweetheart (Barbara Streisand) lost in a hedge fund that was short the past few years. The fund lost over $250 million.
