milberg.com are the guys who are feeding off the shr holders and companies end the end... i mean look at all the companies they are suing... i question the ppl who lost money on their trades/investments going to a freakin lawyer... crap why didn't u short it? ITS UR FAULT!! if u lost money on these stocks... admit it u just bought high and thing went down...
i wonder sometimes how these investors are willing to take an "anlysyst" word to buy 10-50k shrs and not know the risk of downside,,, they could of daytraded for a 1/2 loss and go short 50k shrs if they were smart... THEY SHOULD SUE THEMSELVES for being so stupid... the final decision to buy/short is UR decision not anyone else... i dont care if smith barney, oppenheimer etc has a buy on anything,,, I decided what to do... and i take full responsibility of it...
do u see the RBOC's suing CAI? shoot they're the ones who lost 1/2 billion...
funny things is 80 % of these stocks rebounded right after the "suit" news was digested... most recently look at IMPX... its up!
my point is that u need to understand the technology and the economy in general before going off like this...
right now all the phone companies are confused... with mcic being bought out by bt and their plan for akseb and an so...
my guess is that rbocs "wish" they had direct-tv like at&t and hughes
does and what mci is going to have next year... thus the tele-tv thing...
they will either put some money into akseb and at the same time "try" out the boston/hamptom market with cai's and mmds tech since it's almost ready...
i am not defending caws at all... i am just saying that there is time to sell and there is time to buy,,,
looking back time to sell/short was on the hype 17's... and the time to buy imho is on fear at 1's....
this are just my opinion and i wish u all the luck,,,,
ps frquencies whether radio, microwave in mega, gigahertz are valuable commodities folks,,, everyone is stepping over another to find the way to own and utilize it with the best methods...
CAI's MMDS is right up there...
facts : MMDS is a stronger signal than DBS.. though limited by LOS
DBS cant do two either right now either... but have market acceptance
LDMS is analog,,, CAI's MMDS is digital...
ADSL wont do video,,, bandwidth wont cut it.. still not here..
56k-X2 will be the stardard for us joes using dialups...
