John, I am not sure if understand what was reported. I thought that Andy exercised the option and sold the stock. Did Andy exercise the option, and keep the stock or did he sell it as I stated above? The 39.6% rate you quoted above is the Income Tax Rate (thanks to the Clintons), does the stock option count as ordinary income or as Capital Gain? Bob
