I have been told that as soon as they make some money to pay the accountants the financials will be released.

With regard to McHam's shares, it could be that only 250,000 shares are non-restricted and can be liquidated by the bankruptcy court, but the rest which are restricted could not have been used. Just a thought.

You still have not told us how you found out that McHam has filed for chapter 7.
