Dear Ariella,
As the primary and foremost cheerleader for Pharmos on this thread, I have noticed that your passion has largely been designed to encourage people to buy Pharmos stock and by necessity hold to their positions and tell people you are buying more on dips. It is probably time for you to come public and disclose that how much stock you own and at what prices. I admire your fervor because I feel much the same way about the Company. However, I am a critic where criticism is due. I have not heard from anyone in Pharmos that they will make no more financing deals involving stock or dilution of the company.. My position is abundantly clear. For the next financing deal they do, they should submit it to the stockholders. You purchased Pharmos shares one month ahead of me. My first purchase was on the day the FDA approved Alrex and Lotemax. So compared to the present price, I vastly overpaid for the stock.
As an Israeli I get the impression that you would walk the plank for the officers of Pharmos, carte blanche no matter what they do.
Grow up young lady, it is not disloyal to criticize a management mistake. As far as a class action is concerned you are obviously not a lawyer and are not aware of what constitutes fraud. Our company has not committed any fraud on the shareholders. They have made an error of judgment in giving a lender too much of the company back in February and it is hurting the current shareholders.
All that can be cured with some good news and the removal of the pressure from the Devils at Castle Creek. I agree with you that the Castle Creek bunch when they become long after August will not be motivated to short the stock any more, but I do not think they constitute strong hands to hold the stock. They will dump it when there is a quick profit to be made.
You have said some important things in the postings that I read in the past but taking me on is a mistake, and I dont see the gain for you. If anyone agrees with me, I would welcome a response.
Please dont consider any part of this message to be either anti- Israeli or anti management.
