Mike, Adding to your comments regarding questionable company accounting practices. I just happened upon an interesting new site, at Stanford.edu. Stanford has established a searchable "clearinghouse" of securities fraud litigation. One purpose: "By accessing this site, the public will be able to form its own opinion as to whether litigation is with or without merit." It might be a good idea to check this site before investing hard-earned money. You might just find pertinent information before getting in deep. securities.stanford.edu Regards, Cheryl
