Hello folks, It looks like things are back to normal around Naxos land. We have once again elevated ourselves to the chaos level. I don't believe that Ledoux would jeopardize their entire company for the benefit of Naxos. IMHO Ledoux will back up their earlier findings, and we will, once again get through this, BUT with nearly fatal wounds. IMO the chaos Naxos has had to deal with has come from poor leadership. It is intuitively obvious, that because of severity of latest event, compound with past history, Naxos, has one chance left.

It is unfortunate that current management has lost control of Naxos. It seemed that they where heading in the right direction with the drill program, but, IMO when catastrophic event like this happens, the leader must step aside. A fragile company like Naxos cannot afford to be run by people who have lost control. If you haven't noticed lately, NAXOS IS OUT OF CONTROL!!!

It is intuitively obvious to me that the AGM meeting is our last chance, we must put Naxos in the hands of some one to help guide this company out of this tail spin. I have invested my hard earned money into to this company for years. Once again, I have lost because of management not being in control! I have, as many of you have, watched this stock disappear from the ASE and reappear to climb to ten dollars a share. I do believe that their is GOLD in FL but I don't believe in current management. It is obvious to me, that we need to change who is running this company.

On Friday I'm voting with my shares and I'm voting for Fred.

Their is no one else.

I urge you to consider doing the same.

All the best,
