David, I am working on the groundwork to seek a special shareholders meeting. if any of the attorneys involved in the separate litigation relating to FPAM are monitoring this thread, I hereby request and authorize that you contact me by e-mail. Try dsfant@gowebway.com. I intend to pursue proper corporate redress for the owners of this corporation, i.e., the shareholders, but would like someone's insights (off thread!) from one of the private law firms of making sure that my efforts do not impede the civil litigation... Also is there anyone located in Sacramento, California who could run over to the Secretary of State's office and pull FPAM's file and copy their corporate by laws, specifically the requirements for calling a special shareholder's meeting? We need to act fast in order to derail what appears to be a miscarriage of justice for the owners of this Corporation.... Thanks, Doug F.
