Checked both, the balance sheet looks great, and though they do have $800,000 in convertable debt they we're able to raise more money with less dilution than a company like DGIV which trades at several times today's closing price so it's shouldn't be too much of a problem. Just the fact that the company is fully reporting makes it ideal, and it being *profitable*:)
