Michael, no I'm not an airline guy. I'd hate to try to compete against Herb. I like investments because there are no fixed costs and the opportunity set is unlimited. What niches do you see out there? I see same day air freight as a nice niche. Do you know anything about gate costs? I'm trying to understand how an airline like US Air gets a near monopoly on a market like Pittsburgh and how it gets to keep out potential entrants like LUV.
