DRIV has close to 20 million fully diluted shares (see siliconinvestor.com. A half billion market cap for DRIV gives it a share price of 25, not 50. Even if you only use DRIV shares outstanding immediately after the IPO (which are closer to 17 million--not 16 million), you get a share price of about 30 on a market cap of half a billion. Using TSQD = .3 x DRIV then gives a price of 9 for TSQD. This does not take into account the option overhang in TSQD's capitalization that Browning mentioned, which would reduce the price of TSQD further. Wade
