By the way, if the intention is to allow redemption (for which there is no cash in the till), why register the stock? Zeev, The stock I saw registered in the latest filing statement was not the B/EA Class A preference stock, it was the stock from another private placement. Am I misreading something here? Also your statement that there is no cash in the till is erroneous. purething
