My thoughts exactly, why not put up the 0.10 cents per share and leave the company for some time/years.
In the mean time we can follow the others and possibly make a deal. Maxam f.i. will have a plant by then.

Also we could investigate both management and the AZDOM. We need contact with the big shareholders.
