Myron,

VII did the typical thing stocks with its pattern do. Sitting through that is not a whole lot of fun but as it was doing it the technicals began building and are now getting very serious. I think that target was 28. That's a technical target so something just under that would suffice in the real world.

BTW, did you get a chance to add on to it before today?
