Pappy after this nearly fourth failed approach and i say nearly because this pull back could be part of another stairstep as what summit seems to be doing, i think that is very possible.

good luck on the buy back should be today or tomorrow if it is going to happen. other wise any close above 3.5 at this juncture or even trading could signal a strong buy if it is volume moved.

watch the volume for the return on the bids near recent lows
