Your comments are not accurate. There is NO ceiling. They can convert above $3.60 and still get a 15% discount from 3.60. Therefore, it would be in thier best interest to convert above 3.60. HOWEVER, THEY WON'T. THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY'RE ABOUT. THEY WOULD RATHER CONVERT FOR THEIR 15% AND GO TO THEIR NEXT DEAL! Do the math with respect to the miniumum they can covert at. It works out to about 1.75. More importantly, we need news. Solid news about delivery of product which generates sales and earnings. Any argument here?
