The more you speak, the more your ignorance surfaces and leaps out. Go and check world class diamond deposits and analyze where the four pipes of MPV would rank in relation to the top ten. Grades in excess of 1.0 are considered high on larger pipes. We have grades of over 2.0 and over 3.0 . You deal in hopes, dreams, and hype. We over here deal in facts. One billion dollars? You quite obviously do not understand anything about Debeers. They will construct a mine for much less than half that figure. Thats because they know what they are doing.
