So this was your first post regarding ALYA, and you ignore recent information on at least one error you make. Is that designed to increase confidence in what you say?

I am active on several threads here on SI and have learned to be alert to first-time posters within a thread whose first utterance is something negative about the stock. This often suggests that they are "bashing" the stock to get it to go down (*more* down) in price, often for their own interests or because they are encouraged or employed by others who have significant short positions. I tend to look at this behavior to see if it represents disingenuousness (sp?, ie ulterior motive.

When such a first utterance is based upon an incorrect interpretation ... and even an incorrect interpretation of something that has been discussed extensively already within the thread ... the alert level goes up even more.

I fear that this is the environment into which you stepped when you posted your ill-informed comment about (planned) sales by insiders.

For the record -- the recent SEC filings were intents to sell, and not actual sales.
