To all:
I have already voted for Wave City, not because it is personally my favorite name, but because I asked the twelve people where I work which name did they like the best- and although only three voted for Wave City, when asked to repeat the list - all were able to remember Wave City and no other name was remembered more than twice.
Now this is hardly a marketing research study, but as a former market research employee, I did try to make the survey impartial- I asked each of them separately, mixed up the order and tried to make it as fair as I could with the time restraints I have of trying to occasionally work for a living.
The clincher for me was when a friend of mine, a successful graphic designer ,who has worked on ads for Toyota, Pepsi, etc. said that the name Wave City lends itself to great graphics and fun art work. So here is the reasoning behind my choice.
