WV, I bought this stock solely on the basis of it's historical
data...apparently it is usually pretty tame but given to periods
of high volume and volatility...it had a spike of 2.40 in recent
days (less than 60) A side benefit is that I do think it has
bottomed out, and even if it hasn't, I could ride out a 30 to 40
cent dip without getting too concerned.

Thanks for the comments....I went to the library yesterday and
could not find anything like "ECO2" anywhere in the stock listings
but the company obviously has been traded for a good while so I am
not terribly concerned about that!
