Lehman upgraded ALSC this morning based on yesterday's earnings and restructuring report. They obviously expect more then a lot of us or else they sense a sale/liquidation in the future. The overhang of this Canadaian litigation sounds ominous....any thoughts for near term return to profitability...given the market, late 1999 seems the best they will be able to do...
