Allen, about NRT. I read some reports and it is an exciting company with great potential but they all have. The problem here is that NRT is not trading heavy. You dare to buy such a small cap in these 'short term overvalued' global markets. Selling is not that easy in thinny markets and maybe within some months (after the storm?) you buy it 20% sheaper.
