all: EQMDE is still restating results. Clearly this was the luckier of the two delistings for late 10k filings for FY 12/31/97, the other being PAMCE.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -(Dow Jones)- EquiMed Inc., a provider of oncology
and anesthesiology services, late Tuesday said it will restate results
for the first three quarters of 1997.
EquiMed (EQMDE) said its previously reported results for 1997 "should
no longer be relied upon."
EquiMed's shares were delisted by Nasdaq on June 22 because the
company was unable to complete its Form 10-K filing for fiscal 1997 with
the Securities and Exchange Commission. At the time, the company said it
expected to finalize the statements within 30 days.
The company also reported last month that its chief financial officer
resigned effective June 30. A successor has yet to be named.
